    salamoona! being a historian dirvies are the brave and moderate residents of pakhoonkhwa, it is the hub of jumat islami and wahabies...islam has been injected here through jumat islami, now they have a agood say in the politics of dir despite the fact that we have a pppp fedrel minister,althuogh the nationalist party Anp under naveed anjum is gaining popularity amongt the youths. the son of dir are now fighting in kashmir,afghanistan etc for the sake of jihad, it is the legacy of nawab when in 1948 dirveis lashker sent to kashmr.then this jihadi phenimanon was owned by jumat-i-islami and had earned fame and fortune during the so-called afghan jihad...javed ,quaid-i-azam university islambad.
